Q. Do you collect and store my credit card information?

A. No. We do not collect and store your credit card information. During the purchasing process, you will enter your credit card information directly into the form posted by the credit card payment gateway. Hence, all your credit card information will be collected and secured by the credit card payment gateway directly, in the most secured way.

Q. How do you store my contact information that I enter during the purchasing process?

A. All customers’ contact information, choice of products and delivery date entered at the Delivery Information Form during the purchasing process are stored in our secured merchant server database. All the printouts for record purpose are securely kept.

Q. How do I Cancel an Order?

Q. Are there any cancellation charges?

A. If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will initiate refund after deducting a nominal charge of 5% of the order value.

Q. What are your substitution policies?

A. For express products, images are indicative only. Though we try our level best to deliver as per the image shown. We reserve the right to substitute the products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product. No refund/ re-delivery claim in this respect will be entertained.

Q. What recourse do I have in case I receive a defective/ damaged/ wrong item?

A. If you have received an item that is damaged/defective or wrong, just email us at the earliest at [email protected] . You must return the item unopened and in its original packaging, for a full refund. We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 7 (Seven) days from the date of delivery of the order.

Q. How many days it will take to refund?

A. It can take upto 7 working days to reflect in your account (original source) after refund.

Q. What are the delivery and COD charges?

A. Absolutely Free Shipping for KOLKATA on order over Rs 5,000 and other than KOLKATA a nominal shipping fee levied according to weight & shipping zone of delivery. No Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available right now.

Q. How much time will it normally take for the consignment to reach?

A. The estimated shipping time (in business days i.e. excluding public holidays and Sundays) is mentioned against every item and may vary from item to item. The shipping time mentioned refers to delivery in those areas covered by reputed couriers through which we send our consignment. In case a reputed courier does not cover a particular remote location then we will send the consignment by speed/registered post through the Indian Postal Services, which may take 1-2 weeks depending upon the location. With every order, we will send you an email containing the details of the order placed by you.

Q. Where do you deliver?

A. For courier products, we deliver across India across all locations served by reputed courier companies. Currently, we do not deliver outside India.

Q. Who will deliver the products?

A. We process the delivery only through reputed couriers. For KOLKATA orders, our team will try to deliver the product same day if you order before 12 Noon.

Q. How do I know that my order is confirmed?

A. Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the shipping address. In addition, you will receive an email and message confirming your order details. You will also be notified when we dispatch the item(s) from our warehouse with the respective tracking details.

Q. Can I send the Order to a different Address other than the registration Address?

A. Yes, you can send the Order to an Address different than the Registration Address. You will be given an option to send the Order to a New Address, on the Shipping Address Page after adding the Product to the Cart.

Q. Is there any minimum order value that I need to order?

A. No. You can order as much or as little you want from our stores. At Vedant Computers Sales Pvt. Ltd., we believe that all orders, irrespective of their values are equally important.

A. If a product is not listed on our website, it does not necessarily mean that we do not have it in stock.
